I interviewed at Rekor Israel (previously WayCare).
The process consisted of 4 phases:
Started with an HR phone call.
She was very friendly and provided a lot of information.
The second phase was with a group manager and the General Manager on site.
They both were very professional and accurate, knew exactly what they were looking for in a team leader.
In addition, they invested a lot of their time to provide me information and answer all my questions.
The third phase was an interview with an Architect.
I was very impressed by his knowledge, he asked some very good questions regarding the systems I worked with. He was very professional and friendly.
The last phase was an HR + General Manager interview.
They asked soft skills managerial questions and team lead related questions.
The overall process was very organized, pleasant and professional.
