Normal phone screen and brought in to meet hiring manager and team. Spent about an hour or so at the office. At the end of the interview, they mentioned following up the next week, but I never heard from them. I sent an email and made a phone call to check in and never received a response back. Even for a "no" it's common courtesy to at least reach out to the candidate.
