The first interview was with the human resourse representative. She basically went over my resume history and education. She then asked a few question that would allow her to figure out if I would be a good fit with in the company. Are you a team player, are you organized, etc. The second interview was a panel interview and they used the STAR format

First contact via phone set up an interview. Spoke with two hiring managers. Discussed the job, benefits and expectations. Long term goals, What I expected from the company. Where there any questions. I felt comfortable and at ease during the whole process. Felt like this company would be a great fit for what I was looking for.
