I was interviewed by the Branch Assistant Manager and Director of Sales. I was fully prepared and the questions seemed typical. The interview was conversational as well as formal. I felt that the asst branch manager was not exactly impressed with me whereas the director of sales had been. They asked me why I had teller experience and wanted to make a transition into a sales position. The question led me think that perhaps they felt that they had a greater need for tellers in lieu of financial associates and had little to do with my qualifications at the time. At the time, I was over qualified for a teller position and had not worked as a teller in 10 years.
