Screening call with recruiter and then call with hiring manager. The scheduling was automated so picking and updating times was seamless. The feedback process was generic and not providing any type of context for a candidate
3 steps over about 3 month period. 1 - recruiter call. 2 - hiring manager call. 3 - 3 person panel. It was not difficult at all. Simple questions. The team seemed engaged, friendly & nice.
