Had to rounds of calls with the CTO initially. After discussing my goals as a developer and the responsibility of the position, we met in person for an on-site interview. There I was asked about my experience and motivation for joining the team. We had a great discussion on the responsibilities that I would be taking a part in. I felt extremely comfortable the entire time and the process was very smooth.

Met with engineering leader and went over basic topics and previous experience. Followed up with a live coding session to demonstrate basic understanding of programming. Simple question that asked to find a repeating character in your choice of language. Very casual interview and was easy to see a friendly workplace.
