There were multiple choice questions, text response questions, and video-response questions. These questions were behavioral based and not technical questions. There were two rounds of interviews. The second interview was a live video interview with the hiring managers of Regeneron. A university relations team recruiter reached out to me via email after I submitted my application. The interviews were both completed in an online capacity, due to Covid-19 restrictions at the time of application submission. Positions are filled on a rolling basis. Overall, I found the hiring process ran smoothly, however, the staff were a bit slow in responding to my queries during the application process.
