Dropped out of interview process after three meetings.
Interview 1 - Talent Acquisition
Interviewer was late. Disregarded relevant experience to suppress salary offer. Focused primarily on benefits with the role.
Interview 2 - Hiring Manager
Hiring managers were from technical background. Had discussions around approaches to problems, all seemed relevant to the role. Was happy with this interview.
Interview 3 - Talent Acquisition
Once again TA focused on benefits over salary. Again disregarded relevant experience. Offered far below current salary and market rate. I was obnoxiously informed I wouldn't find a role at my asking salary.
Would not recommend.
