This was my second interview with Regeneron. The first time was for a scientist position before I did a career switch. During the scientist interview, there was a disconnect between HR and the hiring manager. HR said I was a great fit and checked all the boxes, but when I interviewed with the hiring manager, they said I was overqualified and shared that they weren't interested during the interview! I hoped my interview for the legal position would be different, but it wasn't. The interviewers were pleasant and asked me basic questions. They spent most of the time talking about themselves. They said they would get back to me in a week or two. 6 months later and still no word. It looks like they updated their job site and now my application doesn't even exist in their system. It appears that they are disorganized and there's a clear communication issue.
