I sent in a resume and, about a week later, I got a call to schedule an interview. Then I went in for the interview and met with a manager, who conducted the interview (which was about 10-15 minutes), then gave me a tour of the theater and told me what my responsibilities would be if I was offered a job. I was then was offered a job the next day over the phone.

pretty smooth, they ask you basic questions on how i would do things in a fast-paced environment and how it makes me feel when helping a customer and how i would give them good service
It was a good interview process and I appreciated the managers approach to the interview. I enjoyed the tour of the facilities. I enjoyed working there, and liked the people that I worked with. Everyone was really nice.

Scheduled the interview over the phone for a couple days out. Came in, got taken to the back for about 15 minutes, and told they'd call mr back in the next couple days.
