Essentially, the manager brings you into an office and just brings up a casualish conversation to test your communication skills. If you're open and outgoing enough, they train you in concessions... Otherwise they train you in usher.
Asks questions about experience with customers and how to deal with messy situations. Must be willing to have a flexible schedule and be able to work long shifts. Very good overall and very kind people.

Met in person for 30-ish minutes with two managers who were just a few years older than me. They asked questions ranging from my past experiences to my love for film and availability.
