simple it was two managers and they asked about 5 questions about experience and how to handle situations with a difficult customer. it really sucked they seemed bored and had friends that they were gonna hire anyway.
Quick process, needs more structured professionalism to bring in wanted talent. Up front on mobility and prospects going forward throughout locations, districts and regions. Nice atmosphere, ok benefit’s offered on initial new hire.
