I applied when they wernt hiring (wait until they are hiring to apply) so it took a while for me to hear back from them. I had an individual interview. They ask typical interview questions along with interesting ones. Just be yourself. They are very friendly and will work with you on scheduling issues. I heard back two weeks later and got the job.

Met in person for 30-ish minutes with two managers who were just a few years older than me. They asked questions ranging from my past experiences to my love for film and availability.
