Massive group interview in London Covent Garden store with 25+ candidates gathered like a cattle to save Reformation’s time(money?) and waste ours (you can spend nearly 2 hours at this weird ‘interview’). I can’t believe it’s an accurate and fair process either with that volume of people. It comes across as unprofessional, as a candidate I can’t take employer seriously if they make a circus out of an interview process, even if a position is only for a salesperson. Might look normal to an 18 year old straight out of school, but it’s certainly not for anyone with professional experience
