Interview consisted of a series of conversations with managers and team members. It was a day long with a lunch break. Questions were standard whiteboarding problems, some live coding of a simple feature, and background/behavioral questions.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RefleXion Medical in Sept 2022. First round is a Phone call, followed by 5 rounds continuous interviews. Trust me, None of the Q's they asked were relevant, Random questions were fired for killing the time. At this point, I insist not apply for this company, It is a complete waste of time.
