Pretty standard interview process. 20 minute phone screening followed by a small panel interview over Zoom. I was then asked to come in and do a final interview in-person, where I completed a short writing test and spoke briefly with the department manager. I was offered the position later that day. The entire process from my initial application took about 3 weeks.
