The first virtual interview was fine (even though the interviewer was late), but the in-person interview was CHAOTIC. I was told the final round would last 1.5 hours, but they started 30 minutes late not just a few minutes, a full half-hour. Red flag.
One panelist didn’t even show up at all, and another left the room in the middle of my presentation, then returned without any explanation. Their lack of professionalism spoke volumes about the company’s internal operations and culture.
The managers gave off a strong “mean girl” vibe, cold and dismissive. At that point, I realized this wasn’t the kind of company I wanted to work for, and I only finished the interview out of courtesy.
I would strongly advise future candidates to think twice before investing their time here. If this is how they treat candidates, I can only imagine how they treat their employees. I wouldn’t waste your time. There are far better, more respectful companies out there.
