AVOID - potential scam interviews where you're handed a 5+ hours "take home case study" to solve and you are probably doing their work for free. The problem is an actual business problem they are trying to solve - they didn't even bother to make the sample files generic. Interviewers were friendly and appreciated the solution, however when chased for feedback got a generic "Q5 was not completely solved" - although the solution was explained fully during the interview and they said they were not too bothered about the actual implementation but more about the 'journey.'

Recruiter contacted, I interviewed at Redwood Software in Sep2025 The recruiter reached out to me, mentioning that I was a good fit for the role. They arranged a HackerRank test followed by a face-to-face interview with Redwood Software. I was informed that I would receive a follow-up, however no update was provided afterward.
