After submitting my resume and cover letter on line, I went through a phone interview. The questions were very basic, just wanted to know about my previous work experience and what I learned from it. Then I received an invitation for an interview in person. This one was very casual, more like a friendly conversation and a question here and there about my plans for the future.

Video interview was conducted on laptop with 3 chances to re record. There were 8-15 questions about problem solving and using new technologies. Although the instructions said I could use my phone (apple) I was not able to use my phone and had to use my laptop.

The interview was an on-line video interview with seven questions to record responses to. It provide you with preparation time to think about what you wanted to say, and multiple takes in case you flubbed up on the first one.
