Initially dealt with an contract resourcer who did the initial telephone screening before meeting face to face.
Once you passed that initial stage its then pushed through to the Director who has an formal chat just going through your CV.
If he likes what he sees then you are the invited back for a presentation. This is presentation with a Q&A.
Unfortunately the worst thing about the whole process is their inability for them to make a decision from that point. It took them over 4 week, which for me is extremely unprofessional and disheartening for the applicant.
Having been in the phone business for quite a few years, I told them a few truths in the presentation. Might have shown up the hiring manager to be incompetent in front of his seniors.
