I applied online and received an e-mail asking to set up a phone interview with HR in less than 24 hours. After the first interview I set up a second phone interview with the director for the same day. Two days later I had my third interview in person with the director and correspondence was quick to set up the final and fourth interview with the VP. Overall the process was communicated clearly and effectively and was as streamlined as possible.
