The interview process was very poor and took a lot of time, ultimately resulting in a waste of time and a bad outcome.
My interview process lasted about 40 days, during which Red Seal conducted four interview rounds, each lasting one hour.
The final technical round was conducted by the President of Red Seal. In total, four rounds were held—two rounds with interviewers from India and two rounds with interviewers from the US. In all four rounds, I received positive feedback.
However, there was no response from HR for a long time. When I followed up, I was informed that I was not selected in the final round and that the position is still on hold, as they are looking for a better candidate.
