Met with Operations Director first and then the Manager of Quality who oversees the Health Advisors. They explained how things work, RedBrick philosophy, expectations, asked questions of me, gave an opportunity for me to ask questions (nothing that was really unexpected). Was a relatively relaxed, open environment. Entire interview was about 60 mins. Did not get a tour or see work environment which wasn't necessary but I always like to get a sense of this.
