I met with the school principal and vice-principal. Interview questions were related to security experience and performance questions. The interviewers were both professional educators and I believe that they were judging my verbal skills as well as my past experience. The process was relatively informal (I wore a suit and tie, they were in casual clothing). The interviewers were friendly and seemed interested in stories of my past experience.
