First a brief phone call going over your background. Then an in-person interview where you have a one-on-one 15 minute discussion with a mock sales phone call, then a brief tour of the building, and then you watch a video of a sales call with a group of candidates. Whole process takes an hour and a half. Interviewer said I did a great job with my mock phone call and was very enthusiastic and said I would hear back later that day or by the end of the week. Got a background check emailed to me a couple days later and a phone call a couple days after that extending me an offer.
