Very long application process. Started with a phone screening. Then there was a long multi-step project. Basically felt like I was doing free work for them lol. After that, I made it to the final interview round which was basically 2-3 hours of interviews where they reviewed my project and all asked the same same thing. After that, I was told I'd hear back in a week and they essentially took over a month to get back to me and multiple recruiters ghosted. All around, lack of communication.
