No matter what time you arrive you will have to wait forever at the convenience of the very young person interviewing you. There will be a group of you all there at the same time and will all be taken off to different locations for the starting interview. DO NOT bother practicing scenarios because for the most part it won't matter. Despite being highly over qualified you will be over looked if the young interviewer (seriously fresh out of college, no way they have real world experience) decides they do not like you. Then again it all depends on which of the interviewers you get because you only see one of them. Easy interview though, just luck of the draw.

Open zoom meeting room for interviews. Two quick rounds of interviews. We went over call scripts and got some feedback. Overall a very easy interviewing process. I was given an offer and now have to submit to a background check and drug screen

The interview process was smooth. Normal
questions & they’re very straight forward , look into the company before applying cause they ask you about it. It’s also very hard to get an interview with red ventures so if you got it then they’re really looking forward to hiring you. Also they’re going to ask you to sell something to them, they’ll pick an object in the room and you have to make a pitch on the spot but they are very friends & will train you very well
