3 step interview process. First, met with the Recruiting Manager for an initial conversation about myself/role. Then met with the Director of CSM/hiring manager to discuss the role more in depth and understand how I'd be a good fit for the role, discussed role, team and company goals and how it aligns with my background/experience. Last, had a panel interview to get to know the team, they dove further into my background and discussed how I'd could bring value to this team being a career pivot into a new industry.
