It's a 3 step interview process. First, they do a screening call with you to make sure the basic things line up, such as if you'll be on-site for the role. After you pass the screening, they'll send you an online design assessment, and you have to submit it within 72 hours. If you pass the design assessment, they will have you go through a 2 hour interview, it will consist of; Two Behavioral interviews, Project Review that covers the project you previously completed, and Portfolio Review - you will walk through your portfolio with a member of the team. You will be speaking to 4 individuals, 30 minutes each, to go over each interview.
