J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Red Ventures en juin 2024
Entretien
I applied through Indeed and immediately got a call for first round with the recruiter that was going out on leave. It went well. Then had a second round with two other recruiters on the team. I was given the task of taking a job description and preparing for an intake with a hiring manager. I went above and beyond for this and totally thought I crushed it. Then they said they would get back to me the following week after other interviews. 2 weeks went by and crickets. Then I reached out again and finally got a response that they were still interviewing. Granted, it's now been 7 weeks with no communication from the company. Not even a rejection email. While I know this market is tough, at least have the common courtesy to close the loop.

The interview process was pretty long with multiple rounds and repetitive questions from each interviewer, The questions didn't revolve around the preparation document they gave me before the interview. Everyone was extremely kind and definitely tailored the questions towards my previous experience.

Question 1
What is a problem you came across and how did you solve it
An incredibly extensive interview process that lasted multiple rounds and took up several hours. I was contacted multiple times by their team to apply and go through the interview process. I met with many current employees all of which were very nice and professional.
The 3rd round of interviews I met with a VP of a team and this man could not have been more rude and dismissive. He asked me specific questions about my experience and background and instead of having an engaging conversation, he rolled his eyes and gave incredibly snarky and dismissive remarks, No matter what answer I had he was completely rude and wildly unprofessional.
After 4 rounds of interviews and taking countless hours out of my day to meet everybody under the sun, the manager sent me a very obvious pre written email as there was subject matter he addressed that did not even have to do with.
I still thanked him for his time and asked for feedback so I could improve on future interviews but was met with radio silence and zero feedback.
The recruitment process in general is exactly why recruiting gets a bad wrap and I certainly hope this was a one off situation because this was one of the worst experiences I have ever encountered.
