I first made contact with Red Ventures at a university career fair and was granted an on-campus interview the next day. The on campus interview consisted of two parts, both conducted by full-time analysts from the company. The first part was a typical behavioral interview and the second was a very easy case study with some mental math.
I was emailed about a week later letting me know that I had made it to the next round, which involved an email based test. The test consisted of several mini-cases which you had to answer and provide excel spreadsheets for. The email test was scheduled for a specific time as I had to have my responses returned within 30 minutes.
After successfully completing this round, I was invited to the Charlotte headquarters for an on-site. I was brought down on a Wednesday evening along with about 10 other interviewees. We were taken to dinner by several analysts and managers at a very nice steakhouse downtown, and given accommodations at a swanky hotel above the restaurant.
The next day the interviewees were expected to be at the office (~30 minutes south of downtown) by 9:30am. We were greeted by HR and began a gauntlet of interviews that didn't end until 1:00pm. We were treated to lunch and then sent on our way.
I was notified of my offer about 7 days later.
