I had an initial screen that went well. Then my recruiter decided to not only call me late for our initial phone call but also cancel at the exact start time for our rescheduled call. When I asked her about valuing or meetings and my time I was given a dismissive excuse and ask if I wanted to continue with the interview process. These people will not value your time so I would suggest not giving it to them.

The process was definitely different when compared to something like a large tech company. Technical interview is challenging but not that bad because it's an assignment to be done in a week. Last round with interviewers is pretty easy-going. Overall a very pleasant interview experience.

processo muito demorado, sem feedback mesmo parecendo que deu tudo certo na entrevista, tem que cobrar constantemente os resultados do processo pq se não eles não te informam, fora que duas pessoas diferentes estavam me abordando com esse processo e com informações divergentes

fizeram um teste disfarçado de "dinâmica" muito demorado(consumiu 2h do dia) depois de já ter passado por um teste técnico, para depois de quase uma semana darem a devolutiva, fora o teste técnico automatizado que demorou quase 1 semana pra me dar uma devolutiva
