After two in person interviews of an hour each, there was zero follow up. They said they were doing A, B, and C and did not provide any follow up on the process. They were very polite and friendly. They did not ask standardized questions or take notes of responses to compare candidates of the process which was stretched over time. They appeared to be waiting to "see what they wanted" rather than know what they were seeking.
