Phone interview where they asked me how I was experienced for the job and how I would handle a newly opened location . Also asked me how I would want to advance in the company giving my part history.

I applied online, to the job listing. After a couple days I got the call for a interview. There really isn’t much to say besides when I arrived to the interview. It seemed very rushed and last minute. It did not seem like skills or personal qualities were being evaluated. More of a vague summary of the job, and a few personal questions you would answer on an application.
