You walk in fill out an application and turn it in to a manager then if you don't here back in two call and normally with that call they will set a time to talk with you over the phone and then come in for an interview and accept the offer that day

They brought me in, sat me down in a booth in the restaurant, and we did a very basic interview. The questions were not too complicated. One has to keep in mind that I was a high school sophomore, so the process could be a bit more in-depth for older applicants.
