The interview process is a two-step process. You meet with the server manager then with the general manager. If you get a second interview, you most likely already have the job offer.
Basically customer service related questions . Seeing how you are with eye contact, friendliness etc. they have you watch a waitress wait on a table and ask what you would do differently , what you liked and things of this sort .

Short and sweet. The interview was conducted by the GM and it consisted of general interview experience, experience, strengths and weaknesses etc. Consisted of on the job kind of process as he watched my serving abilities.

The interview process wasn't hard it was easy and they ask logical questions for you to answer but you should also ask questions like the kind of benefits they have and if they offer insurance.
