Applied online and received an e-mail from them to call and schedule a time for an interview. Came to the location 10 minutes before the schedule time, and waited for 25 minutes because another person was being interviewed. They did not look at my resume at all, and was clueless without it. Make sure you dress in a casual professional manner (mainly all black is what they stress on). After only asking me 5 questions, the interviewee ended abruptly and told me she would call if anything, which pretty obviously from that moment I knew was not going to happen.

It was rather intuitive. They ask about your work experience and then proceed to ask about the hardest moments in your working portfolio and how you overcame it. Be steadfast and deliberate with your responses.

Very easy process the manager was really nice and very direct about the duties the job requires. I also really liked the environment. The GM also comes to interview you as well.
The manager asked basic questions about customer service experience. I was called to come in for an in person interview. I was asked about my restaurant experience but had none and was till offered job.
