A manager first sits with you when you drop by to ask to apply for a job, they ask you basic questions like when you are available, how old you are, and if you ever worked in a restaurant. If they are interested in you they will schedule you for a one on one interview and you also have to take a math test. Then they may do a reference check.

Easy to interview and get a job on the spot. Managers are knowledgeable and easy to get along with. They describe the job responsibilities throughly. This process also did not take long.
the interview process was very easy, especially for it being my first job. they were very informative about expectations and were very thorough. i was hired after the first interview immediately
