Entretien
Called at first by the HR dept. who discussed the position and benefits available, followed up by a telephone interview and questions about my experience. Next was an in person interview with the GM at the local branch. Later another call from the HR department and a call from the hiring director who informed me that an offer would be made via an e-mail and all I had to do was accept or decline. All and all a good experience.
