Interview has 3 stages:
First one is a short screening 5 min interview online
The second is longer 45 min interview online
And the fiinal 30 min interview with the manager online
Home exam was sent, 3 questions (leetcode style - easy-medium level]
followed by a phone call by the recurting team (more background]
on site interview - technical plus HR (more if you fit in the team and what are you looking for etc]
My Red Hat interview was an enriching experience, combining technical discussions, problem-solving scenarios, and collaborative conversations. The team was welcoming, and the process strengthened my confidence in open-source development and enterprise-grade engineering practices.
