I was contacted by a recruiter at Red Hat to schedule a phone screening for this position. I scheduled and confirmed a time for our meeting the next business day. On the day of, my meeting was rescheduled for the next day due to a calendar conflict. The next meeting was rescheduled the same day as well, hours before the meeting, due to a scheduling conflict. The THIRD meeting was rescheduled 15-minutes before the scheduled start time for a reason that was not communicated to me. I am not sure if this is a consistent issue across Red Hat, but as a candidate I value organizations that are respectful of my time and exhibit professionalism during the recruitment process. I decided to withdraw my application for the position although I feel I am strongly qualified. If this lack of organization is evident before I even get to speak with someone, I feel the rest of the recruitment process will follow suit,
