It was rather lengthy and took roughly 4 months. This may not be typical, because mine was a new position as opposed to filling a vacancy with an established workload. I was interviewed a total of 5 times. I was phone screened by the People team to ensure that I met the position qualifications. I was then invited to 4 interviews with different team members, including 2 managers and 4 members of the team. The interviews were comfortable and productive conversations and although it was challenging to wait so long for a decision, I really felt like I understood the team dynamics and goals by the time I was offered the position.

The interview process was quick and the questions were not too difficult. They also closed the loop when they decided to move forward with other candidates, which was appreciated. Started with a phone interview with a recruiter and then moved to a phone interview with the hiring manager.
