Interview process involved several rounds of interviews involving HR, hiring manager, support management peers and engineering management. The team that I was supposed to manage also interviewed me. Initially Red Hat did not make me an offer. Then few days later called me to do few more rounds of interviews and then decided to make an offer that I chose to refuse.
