Strongly suggests staying away from this company. Screen with HR, and then an on-site interview with a technical exam. Straightforward process; however, they deflected multiple times when I asked about pay. They wasted my time by never following up.

What is your research process to identify threats to high-profile customers?
Straight up said they’re accepting applications on a rolling basis but not actually hiring for the position. Ended up not moving forward with the process after hearing that. It seems like they’re not really serious about hiring at the time.

Interview with two senior level people and an HR person.
Followed up after a week, HR person said the team was still deliberating, followed up again after a couple weeks and was ghosted. It's one thing to not respond to a phone screen or whatever, but I dragged across the DMV to talk to these people and to be ghosted is just such a disrespectful move.
