Entretien
Interview consisted of a brief phone screening prior to being invited into the office for a group interview. The interview began with an outline of the requirements of the role, followed by a phone role play and then some basic behavioural questions. After that, there was a group exercise where we had to problem solve and work our way through a hypothetical problem where there were 5 customers that were without power for the weekend. We had to choose to connect only one of those customers and come up with alternative solutions for the remainder of customers.

A phone interview followed by a video remote interview. In the video interview, they explained the role and the company, and then there was a quick role-play of having a better plan discussion with the hiring manager, roleplaying as a customer.
