I was asked all the basic questions, but the interviewer seemed to have an opinion about one of my previous employers, and let it affect their opinion of me. They apparently are very into the Red Cow Way, to the point that it felt like I was gently being pulled into a cult. I have known people who have been very happy with the company, but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth.
