I applied online and was sent a calendar with 30 minute time slots and once I signed up for one was called by the recruiter. The questions were mainly behavioral. Once I had my recruiter interview I was sent an application packet asking for detailed information. I was told if I am selected after an interview with the hiring manager they will conduct a background investigation using the information.
