Applied on website then received an invitation to complete a Wingfinder assessment and Hirevue video interview. Following this, they were quick to ask me to come in for a face to face interview. This was quite extensive with career/skills type questions but still casual and friendly. I was then asked to do a case study which took me several hours to complete and included a document review and answering other questions. I was invited for a second face to face interview which seemed to lack direction on the interviewer's part but otherwise was ok. Following this, I had several communications from HR saying they'd be in touch to discuss next steps. These communications continued until they eventually ghosted me. I was extremely disappointed after taking two days off work for interviews and spending a large portion of a weekend doing a case study, that they didn't extend me the courtesy of letting me know the outcome. I had already decided I was not interested by this point so did not pursue them.
