Entretien
The interview process was extremely efficient. The use of video recording took the pressure off doing an in person interview. Candidates are given time to prepare their answers, which is very beneficial. The only downside is that it took a while to hear a response from Human Resources.
Creating a case study for a hypothetical event on campus, created a presentation with a prompt and hypothetical budget. Presentation was 15 minutes long and was the last step of interview process.

Video recorded answers then In-person interview at the office. Was not too bad I recommend good lighting for video. Just be honest and try and bring out good energy! You only have once chance to record the video answers.

Smooth, not very professional though. There were Lots of candidates and there was also a group discussion and team activities. It was held in a hotel with the whole field marketing team present
