Entretien
First with the CCS then with their boss. Some have you do a case study. Mine was a case study, followed by an interview and then another interview. Case study was for the specific college and surrounding area. Then the first interview was more what are your strengths and goals. The second was more about how you would act in situations given to you.
First I had to do a video interview where I answered questions and recorded myself, then a phone call and finally an in person interview. The in person interview was casual but they asked many questions and seemed to really want to get to know your personality.

Long interview process, but questions were not super hard. You start with a test, then you send in a video interview followed by two more interviews. They want to see if you fit the company culture and have the communication skills for the job.
